This B&B is so cute with great accommodations. Luisa gave us the best service and really made our stay! Breakfast served every day was great and it was nice to socialize with other guests over breakfast. Other than that the b&b was completely quiet. B&B is off of the main highway, but still a perfect 10 or so minute walk to the main drag of Charlevoix. Down the street from a grocery store and right next to an (expensive) restaurant.

This Bed and Breakfast has been updated since previous reviews were written. We went here for our 21st wedding anniversary. Louisa (the Bed and Breakfast manager) was extremely friendly and accommodating. She was available via text whenever we needed anything or had questions. She also cooked us a delicious breakfast each morning. The updates have really made this place cute and charming. The Armistead room is smaller, but we planned only to sleep there. There was a small private bath attached to the room as well. We loved sitting out on the porch for complimentary happy hour. We were so grateful that parking is behind the house...as the restaurant next door has a lot of cars parking up and down the street. We appreciated how close the B and B was to downtown! We could walk and avoided most of the tourist traffic. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend staying at this updated gem.

This B&B is superb! The new owners were so generous and kind, breakfast was delicious, and the room décor and upgrades are a wonderful improvement. The website does not do it justice. It was like staying in our very own Charlevoix cottage! Also fabulous location - we were a 10 minute walk from the main street of town. We will be retuning to the Belvedere again very soon!

The place is very tired, and I don't think just because of Covid. The rooms were decorated very 90's. The shower was like a very tall phone booth. There was no place to put you make up when trying under the bad lighting to apply. The front room did not have a window shade so at night we needed to get undressed in the dark as it looked on to the street where people came and went for the restaurant next door. The front porch was not kept clean and the hanging baskets and the flowers going up the the house were dying. The chef tried to please but the food was not what you would call healthy. This could be a lovely place and the location is wonderful but needs much needed TLC!!!

Stayed at the Inn August 20th and 21st. Had a gift certificate and the lady was friendly as she greeted us. She took us to our room and we never saw her again for the rest of our stay. The carpet going upstairs and in the room had large stains. When I commented on it to the lady, she said it had been like that since she has been working there. We told her we just wanted coffee and maybe a muffin in the morning since we were heading to beaver Island. Thank morning, the keurig had no water and a little stale package of little debbie mini muffins. The next day not ever muffins and still no water for the coffee. We had a "romance package" which didn't mean anything to us because we did not get anything extra for the package and she wasn't around to ask. When we got home we sent a certified letter to the owner and just now (10-29-18) had the letter returned to us as non-deliverable! Very dated and dirty. Could be a very nice place to stay if they could get someone to run it properly.
