We don't drink beer but we came for the food. Plenty of seating indoors and out. We chose indoors because there was a barking dog on the patio. I love dogs but not the barking. We were seated promptly with a great view of the marina and waterfront. I had the Slim Jim sandwich which was really good. I'm still thinking about it. My husband compared his chicken Parm sandwich to the dish that he gets at a high end Italian restaurant. He said the marinara sauce was fantastic. Both meals were served with chips. Our server was friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience.

We found the Bridge Street Taproom via The Hops Passport book. Very happy that we did. We had lunch, it was very filling and our drafts were nice and cold. Beautiful surroundings, street noise was not bad. Enjoyed the Lake as well as people watching.

Do yourself a favor… Sit on the patio overlooking Round Lake for brunch, order the Breakfast Pizza or Breakfast Burrito, and pair it with one of the many great craft beer options! Incredible. Friendly and professional staff!

One of the weirdest dining experiences I’ve had in a while. I asked the waiter if the $23 black bean bowl was a big portion or a smaller one, and his response? “It’s 800 calories.” I asked again how big it was, and he said, “Calories IS volume.” 😅 (Spoiler: they’re not.) Just a strange interaction all around. On top of that, they were out of 3 out of 4 drinks I tried to order. The food itself was just okay—not bad, but nothing special—and definitely felt overpriced. You’re mainly paying for the view, which is beautiful, so if that’s what you’re after, it might be worth it. Just be prepared for an odd vibe and a light wallet.

This place was overall okay. Prices are okay, food is okay, service is okay but slow and sparse. They seem like they want you to get out of there. Several flies buzzing around and some dead ones in the windowsill. Please take care of the flies. They are a very bad sign in a restaurant that something is rotting somewhere. Nachos were good, almost no brisket on them , needed more sauces and toppings like perhaps jalapenos, and slightly overcooked. I prefer them slightly overdone as opposed to underdone. Needs more toppings to become less dry. Nacho cheese sauce is a good inexpensive option to make them juicier. There are decent brands or recipes. Drinks are too expensive to be so small. The drinks were good but the prices and sizes are off. Wait staff is okay. They did not do anything besides the bare minimum. The wait was a while, but that is not under the restaurants control, they got us in quickly compared to the estimated time. Wonderful view and building over the harbor, seems like a fun bar for locals, albeit overpriced when the place across the street, not on the harbor, does $3 for a PBR. However, for $30 per person and then some for a tip, it was lackluster. I feel that this place can do better (or worse). Please take care of the flies, they are very unnerving to customers to think of rotting food in the back that flies can breed in. Also, please add more brisket to the nachos, or even just jalapenos & cheese sauce, because they are dry when they should be dripping with good stuff. If the nachos were juicy and loaded, drinks were slightly larger, and most important, flies eradicated and their dead bodies cleaned from windowsills, I would have given this place 5 stars. The flies are the real problem. I can tolerate decent food and decent drinks, even at exorbitant prices; flies mean unsanitary and are not acceptable. Please fix it as I would love to return in the future. Thank you.
