My wife had an incredibly positive experience with this store and its owners. She got custom hoodies for two of our grandchildren and was very happy with the quality of the goods. She left the store and was making her way down Bridge Street when she felt a tap on her shoulder. The gentleman who waited on her gave her a $20 bill and apologized that he mistakenly charged her $10 more for each piece. He apologized and said he couldn’t live with himself unless he made things right. How often does this happen? It made her day!

Very welcoming environment. They let us sing karaoke while they printed the decals. The staff were super fun to talk to. It was our first time ever at that store and we will definitely be going back again when we visit!

I bought a sweatshirt at Graffi Tees, and when I got home, it had a small hole in the sleeve and a run going up to the collar. I called and explained then emailed pictures, and they sent me a new sweatshirt. Great shop, excellent customer service!! Thank you, we will stop here again when we're in the area again!!

I dig this shop. Pick any hoodie or tee and they will place any graphic from their wall on it in minutes, at no additional charge. Front or back of shirt. Once I saw Michigan Girl...I had to. I always use #michigangirl on my Instagram posts. Funny that the guy prepping my hoodie asked if I was really a Michigan girl. Born and raised in Adrian and I told him I could show him on the map. 🙃 Of course I pulled my hand up for the mitten map, ha! Well he knew it was very close to Ohio. He shared he was from Ann Arbor. Now that, for me, adds to a great shopping experience. THANK YOU❣️
