Be weary if you have any*** dietary needs. I don’t eat pork. I clearly stated “no bacon” to my server. Omelette had bacon in it. Server did not offer to take it off bill. Called back when they weren’t busy to see if it was a mistake. Was called by the “general manager” who said she made my eggs. She is a combative woman.
She said she wouldn’t refund it because to her, half my plate was gone. I told her it wasn’t because I found the bacon way earlier. She YELLED at me that she didn’t put bacon in their on purpose and the only fix was a remake by her…..the same person who didn’t pay attention to putting bacon in my food.
She was very aware that not eating pork for me is both dietary and religious and mocked me on the phone. Abysmal. Save yourself the time, money, and most importantly your health.
I’m sure if they see this review, they will spend more time arguing with me in their replies then just admitting it was a mistake or trying to be accommodating. Good luck y’all!
