The food was definitely not worth the prices. The portions aren't worth it. The service was amazing, our Waitress was very sweet and attentive. I enjoyed the salad bar, but then the flank steak was way under cooked. The mashed potatoes were bland as well as the vegetable. The "brisket" sandwich is really chuck roast and bland as well.

The bartender is trashy and constantly complains. Really uncomfortable to be around. Would recommend getting a drink somewhere else. The restaurant and food itself however are fantastic. Atmosphere is pleasant and the restaurant is clean. Service is friendly.

Went to Jax for dinner, sat on the patio, nice cool weather, sunny evening. I had the Tuna Tataki

Came here on a Saturday night for a nice dinner out while on vacation. We waited at the door for almost 10 minutes before the hostess acknowledged us. She seemed very overwhelmed and she was very unprofessional in her handling of customers. There were many open tables, but we were told it would be at least 25 minutes before we could be seated due to the fact that there were only two servers for the entire restaurant. Ridiculous! Needless to say, we left and gave our business to a different restaurant in the area. If you don’t have enough staff to run a successful restaurant/business, it’s time to close your doors.

Food, service and atmosphere were great! Stopped in for lunch and enjoyed a great brisket sandwich and "special" coffee. Prices were very reasonable, which makes it all the more reason for me to plan another visit soon!
