I've only been here my second year in a row and it's by far one of my favorite ski resorts in Michigan and I snowboard about 30 days a year just in Michigan. They have the best snow, the best employees and the best vibes making the 4 hour drive worth it. Definitely a family vibe here. The beer choices are fantastic and the food isn't over priced. The glades are amazing and challenging. The runs are fun and curvy. I plan on coming here for many years to come.

Nubs stayed open this past week of Christmas (which was nice, considering the weather was warm and rain was pretty consistent). The snow was a bit slushy. I wish they would have lowered the holiday rates for lift tickets. I know the weather is not their fault, but it's a lot to pay $100+ when the conditions are that way. We would have tried for another day if the ticket prices were lower, but it just wasn't worth it. We'll come back later in the season.

Great place. I night ski / Snowboard. Staff friendly and hill was well groomed. It's affordable for someone on a budget. Food is pretty expensive. I purchased fries a drink and candy for my son it was 22$ I bring snacks often. Not sure about rentals but gear looks up to date and new.

Best snow and slopes in Northern Michigan. IYKYK 😉 quality staff who’s passionate about making sure everyone enjoys their time on the snow. Not commercial - great community vibe - makes for memories to last thru the years. Thanks Nubbers!
