Beware of previous reviews that point out service problems and be prepared to wait for your food. My wife and I arrived at 5pm. The dinning room was not busy. We immediately ordered our pizza/salad bar/ and drinks. We had our drinks and salad bar plates at 5:10. So far so good. We did not hear again from our waitress until 5:54p, when she informed us that “they” had made the wrong pizza for us. She explained that “they” made us a thin crust pizza instead of what we had ordered. (Deep dish). She said a new pizza was in the oven. At 6:04p she brought us our pizza. The pizza tasted great. When she brought our bill, it was time stamped 5:42pm. (??) I suspect she simply forgot to submit our order when we originally ordered it at 5:05pm. Our waitress reduced our bill by $10 which was nice.

All the classic feel and taste other than I did not have my red plastic cup. Had salad bar, bread sticks and personal pan. All as good as I remember. Forgot to ask for crayons...dang it. Also did not have the video game. But over all good experience

I'm not sure where to start. We walked in with a party of 6, and the lady at the register appeared put out that we wanted to dine in. We and one other couple were the only ones in the restaurant. It was 7:30pm. The waitress takes our order and tells us, after we have been sitting there for 30 mins waiting for our food, that she forgot to turn in our order. Asks us if we just want water and salad bar. We said no, we would really just like our pizza. A couple in our party had just driven into town and were tired. We waited another 25 mins for our pizza. Ate pizza, starving at this point. Order desserts. Long story short, several long hairs were pulled off of several pizza slices, and a hair out of the brownie dessert looked like pubic hair. The lady running the register was also making the food. No hair net. Her hair was long and not pulled back. As we checked out, she realized she is also handling people's money and making food. Not washing her hands. Disgusting and super unsanitary! Absolutely, I do not recommend this establishment. Gross!

One waitress doing her best. Not bad service just slightly unprompt.its fudgie season, yes. I'm a local. They are more demanding and reminds me why I don't go to Charlevoix between Memorial and Labor Days.

Had an amazing experience. The waitress was super nice but she seemed stressed being she was the only waitress working. She was nice and was doing very well on her own
