Overall the unit is okay (Unit 206). $300 for one night at end of August, not open to negotiating the rate - 2 BR so I accepted this rate as peak season 2BR. The parking lot was mostly empty, so that seemed odd. What I liked: location, location, location. 2 separate bedroom spaces both with large beds and own bathroom. Neutral points: Upstairs loft has a jacuzzi tub in the same room as bed, I'm not a fan but I didn't use that room and my niece enjoyed the tub. Things I didn't love: Dated interior and some tired items like torn curtains. Upstairs and downstairs heating/cooling was a challenge to get right. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Balcony, which is a key reason for me in choosing this unit mainly unusable as the air conditioning exhaust from the adjacent unit was blowing directly onto the balcony all of the time which was loud and unpleasant.
