We stayed the weekend in room 111 and it was perfect. We were in town for a wedding and hope to come back again. The bed was very comfortable and the room was so dark, sleeping was not an issue. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. We had a late check in, which they made a breeze for us.

Overall the unit is okay (Unit 206). $300 for one night at end of August, not open to negotiating the rate - 2 BR so I accepted this rate as peak season 2BR. The parking lot was mostly empty, so that seemed odd. What I liked: location, location, location. 2 separate bedroom spaces both with large beds and own bathroom. Neutral points: Upstairs loft has a jacuzzi tub in the same room as bed, I'm not a fan but I didn't use that room and my niece enjoyed the tub. Things I didn't love: Dated interior and some tired items like torn curtains. Upstairs and downstairs heating/cooling was a challenge to get right. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Balcony, which is a key reason for me in choosing this unit mainly unusable as the air conditioning exhaust from the adjacent unit was blowing directly onto the balcony all of the time which was loud and unpleasant.

We stayed in room 101. Super great location.!! Easily walkable to downtown Charlevoix. Quick walk to the pier to enjoy watching all the different boats go in and out of the big lake and under the drawbridge. We had a great screened in patio with table and chairs. Nicely renovated kitchenette with a few basic dishes and cutlery. No stove but does have a microwave. The AC works great if you're a warm bodied person! We didn't use the pool but it looked very clean and maintained. They no longer offer free breakfast (confirmed with front desk attendant). However, they do have a nice coffee/tea bar.

We enjoyed our weekend here, room 103, was clean the bed and pillows were comfortable. Was nice to have separate rooms like a little apartment. Cute porch. Walking distance to many things. Definitely would stay again.

Stayed in 210. Could not take a jacuzzi, tub drain plug was not working. Two nightstands stacked in the closet. Had to move them out myself to hang clothes. No trash pickup. “Fireplace” barely worked. Hot in downstairs bedroom and freezing upstairs with a/c on. Bed pillows were horrible, flat and hard. Did not enjoy the balcony due to traffic noise. No services at a premium price. Lobby area was beautiful! Then you walk into dated carpet that smells in the hallways. Good location but won’t be back because of the price you pay for what you get.
