Went there for an awards banquet in one of the banquet rooms. They need to turn the air conditioning up with so many people in a room. It was terribly warm and stuffy during the whole banquet. They should also not put the cheesecake dessert out on the tables before the banquet begins. Cheesecake needs refrigeration until serving, this is a food safe issue.

My group and I stayed at summit village for a golf trip and loved it. The condo was clean and had all the amenities. Shanty creek even offered a shuttle to and from the courses, and the shuttle drivers were awesome.

Ok beautiful resort except, the schuss village lodge needs to be updated and more active and lively and the workout room in summit village also needs new updated machines and a new look especially because they have tons of people young and older working out in there but their machines are from the 90s. Free weights are rusted and the walls look bad. The workout room needs to be invested in I’m sure the guests will appreciate that 😀

My husband was up in the area working and his company thought it would be nice to put them up here for a couple weeks, thank goodness it was only for a couple days. It was obvious from the start they didn’t think they belonged because they walked in with work clothes that were not a suit and tie. Room 102 was given to my husband and it was TERRIBLE. First you have no way to get to the basement without walking down a long hall and going up and down stairs. If you go through the front door you have all stairs because the elevator doesn’t go to the”this” area. Room looked to have new bedding but that was the only thing newer than everything that looked like it was from the 90’s. “Patio “ was a joke as you can see in the pictures. If you want to golf and don’t care about food options and what your room is like then this is the place. Chief course down the road is great.

We have stayed many times and always enjoy it! The area is lovely, the rooms are big & spacious.. our balcony looked out over the ski hill, which was fun to watch! We had a king room with a fireplace, which was lovely in the evening. There was a huge jetted tub in the bathroom. Only thing I’d like to see them get some new beds and full size pillows. The bed was a bit squeaky and those tiny square pillows drive me bonkers! Overall, a great place to stay.
