MODERN/JAZZ DANCE CLASS 6 week session FEBRUARY 6 - MARCH 13, 2025 THURSDAYS, 6:45 - 7:45pm ​ CLASS FEE: $90 or $81 for members Minimum # of students to hold the class = 3 Maximum # of students per class = 10 With Sarah Christensen. Class begins with slow stretching to increase flexibility and body awareness. Also balance studies. Dancers then move to progressions across the floor involving, patterns, turns, and exploring the space through movement. Center work blends turns, technical skills, traveling floor combinations, standing and sitting with choreography for class dance pieces. Repetition is key for all dancers to build muscle memory, confidence, and grace while having a wonderful time.
