This is the second in our monthly series of chats, where we dive into the details of brewing and cider making. Each session explores different aspects of our craft as we discuss the art and science behind our delicious beers and ciders. This time: Wet Hops. We will talk about the process of making these very special seasonal brews that feature the freshest hops straight from the farm. Join us for an engaging one-hour discussion with Head Brewer and Co-founder, Trace Redmond. We’ll explore the process of getting fresh hops from the Hop farm, share our process and maybe even a taste of our 2024 harvest IPA, Plus, we’ll have a Q&A session at the end, so bring your freshest hop-related questions!
