Was in town for my wedding this past weekend and had broken a nail and called to see if they could help fix it as I was getting married the next day. They refused and said I did not get it done there. Declined to take it off and restart I would have even paid but they refused to help me. This is one of the two awful nail salons up here. Awful customer service, you’re a business why would you not want money. I was the only person in there mind you.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Unfortunately I’ve yet to have a good experience here but this has been the worst. I left the salon less than 20 minutes ago (after going back inside once to have this sloppy, rushed job addressed). Nail techs blamed issue on everyone but herself, even telling me my skin was too dry. My cuticles/nails were not prepped correctly. As I am going on vacation for a week, this is extremely frustrating and HIDEOUS. I requested a refund, even a partial refund, but would only be given it if they removed the acrylics completely (which I paid full price for and would not consider this a sufficient result). I wasted my time and money. Don’t make the same mistake.

I liked the color that was put on my nails but the guy didn’t do a good job with my nails. The nails were not filed evenly or straight. I’m supposed to go back and get a pedicure but I’m not going back again. I’ll wait until I get back home to get my toes done
