We had a great stay and the view was perfect! It was so nice to have the extra window to see downtown and the great view of Round Lake and bridge. Very clean, spacious, small but nice balcony and great location! Would stay again and recommend!

This was an ideal location for a girls trip to a place we've never been to, Charlevoix. I was so happy to walk into our cooled room after the long drive. Everything was so clean, beautiful and generously provided. We'd look into this exact condo again for a return visit.

Room 227 was beautiful. It was fresh and clean upon arrival and it smelled so good. The view of the harbor was nice. We enjoyed watching the yatchs and other vessels as they passed by the unit. The Venetian feastival was going on much to our surprise. It made our trip so much more fun! Getting access to the unit was easy too. The front desk seemed to be staffed until 10p.m. every day. The pool and facility was clean. We plan to visit again.

Charlevoix is a very special place for me. This was the first time in 18 years that I've been back, and Edgewater was the perfect place to stay. Our unit (#234) had a view of both Round Lake and the bridge. Not only were we able to walk to everything downtown, Pine Channel and Lake Michigan, but we enjoyed sitting on our balcony and taking in the sights. The unit was comfortably appointed, perfect for our 3 day stay.

You can’t beat this location! The place was extremely clean and perfect for our getaway. The best part is the balcony overlooking the bridge. Definitely would return!
