Fire & Ice manifested itself when three friends fell in love with contrast therapy - a hot and cold therapy where you immediately transition from a heat source, such as a sauna, into a cold source such as a cold plunge, body of water or shower - releasing tension and promoting relaxation. 

After experiencing the immense benefits of this therapy, we wanted to create an environment for others to nourish themselves physically, mentally & emotionally - focusing on your breath is where we start.
