1st & 3rd Sundays now through June 2024. Sundays 9:30 - 10:30am. Pre-registration required: https://www.charlevoixcircle.org/yoga-and-more or 231-547-3554. CLASS FEE: $40 per class (members 10% off) or Package of 5 classes for $160. Join Lindsay Walter, certified meditation and breath work coach for a community meditation and breath work group class. Each class includes a discussion and guided meditation blended with breath work and sound bath. Participants will leave feeling grounded, balanced, and relaxed. Classes are held at the Charlevoix Circle of arts in the lower level yoga studio, accessible by stairs only. Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and water bottle.
