Be in Charlevoix's downtown East Park for the Charlevoix Circle of Arts' Quick Draw event! Artists from northern Michigan will have 2 hours to paint & sketch in East Park for a chance to win a cash prize. Artwork will be displayed in the park during the band concert from 7-9pm where People's Choice voting will take place!
