History comes alive at two of the oldest golf courses in the state of Michigan. The Belvedere Golf Club and the Charlevoix Golf Club were both founded by renowned Scottish architect William Watson over 100 years ago. Both of these courses exhibit classic beauty and are known for their attention to detail and preservation. If you are looking to relive history, the Belvedere Golf Club hosts the annual Belvedere Hickory Open in June, drawing in golfers from around the United States for games dressed in historic apparel and using hickory shafted clubs.

• Antrim Dells Golf Course   
  A delightful 18-hole course with awesome views. Just challenging enough to send you away with a smile, plus on-site dining for post-round bragging.
• Belvedere Golf Club   
  It takes finesse, guile, and skill to play Belvedere. Enjoy this meticulously designed, Scotsman William Watson course with attention to detail and respect for the land. This old-style course plays to a par 72 at 6,715 yards and offers challenging 3- and 4-pars with 5-pars that reward aggressive play for birdie and eagle opportunities.
• Charlevoix Country Club   
  A Jerry Matthews-designed course, golfers encounter beautifully manicured bent grass fairways, large undulating putting surfaces, and a landscape conducive to an upscale golfing environment. Water dominates, as many holes weave their way across a nice mix of open and tree-lined holes with expansive surrounds of heather. Many birdies and par opportunities. The clubhouse and dining facilities are ideal for après rounds. 
• Charlevoix Golf Club   
  Established in 1896, play one of Michigan's oldest golf clubs with country club conditions at municipal pricing. This 9-hole, par 36 courses was co-designed by William Watson and Herbert Tweedie. Conveniently located on Charlevoix's north side and close to Lake Michigan and Lake Charlevoix public beaches.
• Dunmaglas Golf Course   
  Tucked away in the scenic woods of northern Michigan, Dunmaglas was coined one of the best courses in the country upon its opening. Sheltered from distractions, the course provides a pure and unspoiled golfing experience with 6,897 yards of scenic and breathtaking play.
