Discover the beauty and rich history of Beaver Island, America's Emerald Isle!  Their knowledgeable and well-seasoned tour drivers will guide you through Beaver Island's beautiful scenery and intriguing history while giving you an idea of why island life is so unique. Beaver Island is home to two lighthouses which are considered the highlight for many visitors. Tours range from a simple, yet informative one and one half hour tour of the northern end of the Island, to a more extensive three-hour tour of the entire Island.

The ride to Beaver Island was okay but the ride back was terrible. Thought we were going to be on the same boat for the return trip but we were loaded onto a smaller one and it was awful. Glad we went to the Island but I won't ride that boat again. If you get sea sick take your dramamine.

It's a great and relaxing ride over to Beaver Island aboard the Emerald Isle. Very friendly and helpful people at the Charlevoix ticket office. The crew that handles the luggage cages and the cars does so very quickly and efficiently, with bags ready as soon as you step off. Some really nice views of the channel out to Lake Michigan looking down into the clear water at the rocks and as they maneuver into the dock at Round Lake.

My two daughters and I rode the ferry to Beaver Island and absolutely loved it! The two hour boat ride is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Staff is super efficient and attentive. We will be back!

We had another smooth trip over to Beaver Island this year. Everything went well getting checked in and boarding the Emerald Isle. After driving five hours to reach Charlevoix, it was a relief to have the last couple of hours handled by the experienced crew of the Beaver Island Boat Company.

These people are PROFESSIONALS; very fast, courteous, and efficient! Definitely make reservations well in advance if you have a large vehicle to bring over to Beaver 🦫 Island. The boats we were on were clean and comfortable. 🛥 Beaver Island was a great place to visit and relax. 🏕
