We rented a 75hp pontoon boat and we had a great time. It's affordable. Great and friendly staff. I'm going to rent a boat with them again. Recommend this to others.

Amazing customer service!! Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, Recommendations on fishing sports and in depth map review of the lake. Boats are flawless, comfortable and plenty of room for our party of 8 on the 23 ft Manitou Tritoon . The had the best price point too.

What an amazing staff this company has. Here is my experience: 1. We were first timers so they answered all our questions over the phone thoroughly. Booking the boat online was hassle-free. 2. Parking was from across the street and one of their staff members offered to carry our stuff to the boat and loaded it for us. 3. We reached almost an hour before the scheduled rental time but since the boat was ready, they offered us to get started early without any additional cost. 4. Boats were like brand new (mostly 2021 model year), clean and lots of room. 5. One of the staff members educated us on how to ride it against the waves caused by other boats. 6. Upon return, almost 4-5 staff members were at the dock as soon as they saw us pulling over and helped us dock. 7. Checkout process was pretty smooth., no gimmicks, no additional charges/surcharges besides the fuel you used during the rental window. Overall, this is a very well coordinated rental business with friendly staff. They make sure customers have a great experience. Keep up the great work Summertime Rentals, we are definitely returning soon.

One of the best staffs and management I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The amount of time to instruct and guide me and all of our families through navigating the lake and the best spots was top notch. The detail when going through safety and proper handling was amazing. Going to plan another trip just to rent another boat here again!

The customer service here is amazing! We traveled from Missouri with our own boat, but due to some trailer issues we were unable to put our boat in the water. I called Summertime Rentals after business hours on short notice hoping we could at least salvage one day on the water. Within 15 minutes, I received a callback from Aaron explaining what boats were available and their capabilities. We rented a 20 foot pontoon and the boat was simply in immaculate condition. Upon arrival, Aaron went through the administrative paperwork with us and he also was very thorough with information about the lake and the boat. Then he walked out to our vehicle and assisted us with bringing our fishing items to the boat. We were then handed off to Tanner who went over all of the controls, safety equipment, and condition of the boat with us. I can't emphasize enough how extremely professional and kind Aaron and Tanner were to my wife and me. When we returned from the lake we were greeted at the dock by two employees whose names I did not obtain. While one employee assisted us with taking our items back to our truck, the boat was inspected quickly by the other employee and we had our final receipt brought out to us as we arrived with our items at our truck. The efficiency and professionalism we experienced at Summertime Rentals on Lake Charlevoix is rare. We would rent from them again.
