Welcome to The Art of Distillation 201! In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn the art of steam distilling lavender and producing essential oil. Tour the LHF grounds with one of our exceptional guides and join our very own agricultural staff in the field where you’ll gain in depth knowledge of harvesting and processing. Round out your class by joining an LHF owner to cover the ins and outs of distillation, including setting up the still, preparing the lavender, and collecting and separating the essential oil from the hydrosol.
