They oversee about 288 miles of existing or soon-to-be constructed trails. About 180 of these trail miles run along old railroad corridors. TOMTC “Trunk Line” Trails are non-motorized (except for snowmobiles) multi-purpose trails that can ordinarily be used for running, hiking, bicycling, in-line skating, snowmobiling, and equestrian activities.

My family and I had a great time biking from Hearthside Grove to Downtown Petoskey. Just wish there was a better way to cross 31.

This is the non-profit group that runs all of the trails in northern Michigan. Stop by get maps and leave a donation! These trails cost money to keep up and anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated. Enjoy some of the finest trails in Michigan.

Nice little place full of info for local and state trails. Very helpful staff, lots of pamphlets and little informational books on various trails and events
